This will be the official journal for completed/planned Troll Police pages.  Only the completed ones aren't up for grabs.  If you personally insist that you're the BEST PERSON IN THE WORRRRRRRLD to draw a specific page that someone else has already planned to do, you can take it up with the artist (HARASS THEM ENDLESSLY no wait don't do that) if you want, but most likely you should just pick a different comic.
